It has been every week since my injections, so I did a 64-minute trip on my recumbent and threw in some tougher driving, together with an try on a Strava phase, proven in blue on the general map of my trip under. The phase is “across the Paradise block”, flat and simply over 2 km lengthy. The quickest (and solely) time for this trip within the 70-74 age group was 8 minutes 23 seconds and I did it in 4:28. Extra encouraging was that there are a number of instances posted for the 55-64 age group and my time would put me in 2nd place for that group. I’m having fun with these shorter challenges. They don’t take an excessive amount of out of me, and coaching for them encourages me to do a few cheap interval classes per week. Other than that almost all of my driving is longer however at a extra comfy and stress-free tempo.

After the Strava try, I did some intervals on the way in which dwelling. I felt nice and there was no drawback with my SI joint afterward.
